Fukuda Heavy Tin and Aluminium Foil Co. (Kyoto) and Toyo Tin Paper Co.(Suita),
Amano Foil Mfg. Co. (Fujiidera) merged together to establish Nippon Tin Paper Co., specialized in tin rolled products.

Acquired Kawauchi Tin Paper Mfg. Co. (Fujiidera)
January 1937
Company name changed to Nippon Foil Mfg. Co., Ltd and launched aluminium foil production.
September 1939
With the decree to restrict aluminium use, business goes reverted to tin and lead rolled products for a short period.
Launched production of paraffin papers for tobacco wrapping.
April 1949
Resumed the production of aluminium foil in line with the lift of restriction regulations.

Established Nippaku Foil Processing Co. to increase the production capacity of daily products.
