PTP Aluminium Foil for Image Inspection using Infrared-rays
Foil with a unique ink application allows detection of foreign substances on the printed surface which are not visible in the general inspection.
Characteristics
Masking is not necessary as printed letters and patterns are not visible under infrared lighting.
Products printed in black, blackish opaque and whitish opaque are already in the market.
Possible to print in any color, if provided with register marks.

Micro Characters Printing
Designed for pharmaceutical applications, our new in-house plate making and printing technology enables us to print micro sized letters on PTP foil surfaces; equivalent in size to those found on bank notes. Compatible with any packing machines, materials are the same as general foil.
