Aluminium foil is produced by rolling aluminium strips several times with high speed four-stage rollers. The rollers are equipped with Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) as well as Automatic Flatness Control Systems (AFC) to ensure the thickness and configuration of precision. To make thinner foil, two layers are put together to be rolled again. After going through the final rolling process, two layers are separated and coiled. The foil is then cut and annealed accordingly to be ready as finished products.
